SALU’s chef is one of the most inventive and imaginative afloat and he will always be pleased to accommodate any special requests from guests, limited only by availability of the raw ingredients.
SALU’s permanent wine stock has been carefully selected to offer a small but varied selection. Although relatively restricted in choice by onboard storage space, they nonetheless offer a diverse and rich mix of French, Italian and New World reds, rosés and whites, including champagne and dessert wine.
