Andrew commenced his career as a chef in 1990. What started as a passion turned into a profession, which has since taken him from head chef positions in the United Kingdom to the world of luxury yachting in many countries.

It was in 2007 that Andrew first swapped a kitchen for a galley and he has since held the position of chef on a number of craft from 30m to 70m. For him, food and sailing are the perfect combination.

The locations that he has visited are reflected in his wide variety of cooking styles and skills. Andrew enjoys encompassing the exotic flavours he has found along the way with the discipline and technique of traditional French cooking but what matters most to him is providing SALU’s guests with the their ideal choice of food, prepared in the way that they desire.
